RUMA involvement in early design phase as an integrated team member helps to prevent mistakes and choose the right decisions for each construction area.

After design phase is finished and final budget approved, RUMA performs construction works on site.

RUMA can also be responsible for procedures of Recognition of the Right to Use of Buildings (cadastral measurements, acoustical measurements, energetic certification of building, hygiene program, etc.).
